This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how consent works with Google Analytics and the options available to you.

Data we collect

We only gather information that helps us respond to business enquiries and improve the website experience.

  • Details you provide directly in forms, emails or phone calls, such as your name, business, email address and project requirements.
  • Anonymous usage metrics captured through Google Analytics to understand page performance, device types and referral sources.
  • Server logs that include IP address, browser type and timestamps to detect fraud or service disruptions.

We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not use third-party advertising pixels or remarketing tools.

Analytics and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode v2. Consent Mode loads with analytics storage set to “denied” by default so no cookies are placed until you consent.

When you click “Accept” on the cookie banner:

  • We load the Google Analytics script and set analytics_storage to “granted”.
  • Google Analytics cookies may be stored in your browser to measure visits and conversions.

If you click “Decline”:

  • The analytics script is not loaded and the consent value stays at “denied”.
  • No other tracking technologies are activated.

Google Analytics is the only tracking technology we use.

Consent choices and withdrawal

The cookie popup remains visible until you make a choice. Once a choice is saved, a small “Change consent” link in the footer lets you reopen the popup at any time.

Withdrawing consent changes the Consent Mode value to “denied”, preventing Google Analytics from reading or writing cookies going forward. If you previously accepted analytics cookies, you can delete them via your browser settings for immediate removal.

Cookie behaviour

Before consent, only essential cookies required for site functionality may be set. After you grant consent, Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and _gid can be placed by Google to measure sessions. No advertising cookies are used.

Using your information

We use the data we gather to:

We respond to verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is permitted by Indian law or required to meet EU data subject obligations.

Data retention and security

Business correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to manage the engagement and comply with Indian accounting standards. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form for up to 26 months. We maintain access controls, encryption in transit and regular monitoring to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
